The lookout is a family led little bistro and here’s a little to know about us.

We are Ben and Andrea. We met in 2017 on a cruise ship called The Aria. All the way over in OZ. We are both Lancashire born and bred, so it’s crazy it took us both going to the other side of the world to meet each other.

Here we are now!! We have both travelled the world and seen many different styles and cultures for over 20 years. We hope to use this to our advantage in creating food and an ambience that makes you want to keep coming back. It has always been Ben’s dream to own his own establishment and this for us is the perfect place to do that. Surrounded by nature, wildlife and beautiful views.

Ben was the Executive Chef onboard and Andrea was the Cast Manager and Head Dancer. Ben has been in the culinary world since being 18, working in Lytham, London and then onto the cruise ships such as, Royal Carribbean, P&O UK, P&O Australia, Virgin and Viking as Executive Chef. Andrea has travelled the world as a professional dancer in the entertainment industry. From world tours to traveling the seven seas Andrea has a keen eye for what’s new and interesting.

Working in food and entertainment we hope to combine these skills and give as much versatility as we can offer. Moving forward with private events, private dining, music, different food choices and much more to come.
